The company draws on its highly efficient supply chain network and its managements teams 10 years + experience in the industry to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and the fastest turn around time in supplying spares that are not available locally

The main Industry's we serve are the; food and beverage, agriculture and textile industry. Please contact us if you need an engineering spare that is not in stock or if you would like us to visit your facility to identify products that we can save you time and money on by utilising our source to pay solutions.

Our Product Range
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality spare parts to meet all your industrial needs. Our commitment to excellence ensures that you receive reliable products tailored to your specifications. Trust us to keep your operations running smoothly with our extensive inventory and expert support.

Bearings
We supply a variety of bearings, each designed to meet specific operational needs. Ball bearings utilize spherical balls to minimize friction, while roller bearings employ cylindrical rollers to support heavier loads. Needle bearings, a specialized type of roller bearing, feature long, thin rollers ideal for compact spaces. Thrust bearings are engineered to handle axial loads, whereas magnetic bearings rely on magnetic fields to support rotating shafts without physical contact. Sleeve bearings (plain bearings) consist of a simple sleeve, providing smooth, low-maintenance motion. Tapered roller bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, and self-aligning bearings can adjust for misalignment, making them ideal for applications involving shaft deflections or alignment issues. Each type is selected based on load capacity, speed requirements, and environmental conditions.

Gearboxes and Motors
Geared motors include types like planetary, helical, spur, worm, and bevel gears, each offering specific benefits such as high torque, smooth operation, or space-saving designs for various industrial, robotic, and automotive applications. Electric motors can be DC motors (brushed and brushless) for continuous torque, AC motors (induction and synchronous) for industrial machinery, stepper motors for precise control, universal motors for both AC and DC operation, and servo motors for accurate position control. The choice of motor depends on factors like speed, efficiency, torque, and application requirements.

Pneumatics
Pneumatic systems consist of various components that work together to generate, control, and utilize compressed air. Key parts include filters to remove impurities, regulators to control air pressure, and lubricators to ensure smooth operation of moving parts. Valves control the flow and direction of the air, with types like solenoid valves for automated control and manual valves for manual operation. Actuators, such as cylinders, convert compressed air into mechanical motion, while hoses and fittings connect the components. Pressure gauges monitor the system’s performance, and pneumatic controls allow for the precise regulation of airflow and pressure for various applications like automation, manufacturing, and robotics.

Seals and Gaskets
Seals and gaskets are essential components designed to prevent leakage and maintain the integrity of joints in various mechanical systems. Seals are typically used in rotating or moving parts—such as O-rings, lip seals, and rotary seals—forming tight barriers to contain fluids or gases. In contrast, gaskets are used to seal static joints, commonly found in engines or machinery, and come in forms such as sheet gaskets, ring gaskets, and cork gaskets. These components are made from materials like rubber, silicone, cork, graphite, and metal, selected based on factors such as temperature, pressure, and chemical compatibility. Both seals and gaskets play crucial roles in preventing leaks, reducing wear, and enhancing system performance across industries including automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing.

Electrical Automation Components
Electrical automation components encompass a range of devices that work together to efficiently and safely control and monitor industrial processes. Key elements include sensors—such as proximity, temperature, and pressure sensors—that detect environmental or machine conditions, as well as actuators that execute actions like opening valves or moving machinery. At the core of automation are programmable logic controllers (PLCs), which manage operations through programmed logic. Motor controllers, including variable frequency drives (VFDs), regulate motor speed and enhance energy efficiency. Relays and contactors control electrical circuits, while circuit breakers safeguard systems against overloads. Human-machine interfaces (HMIs) enable operators to interact with automation systems, while safety components—such as emergency stop buttons and safety interlocks—ensure secure operation. Together, these components improve productivity, precision, and safety across industries such as manufacturing, energy, and automotive.

Fluid Control
Valves and gauges are essential components for controlling and monitoring the flow of fluids or gases in industrial systems. Valves regulate flow, pressure, and direction, with common types including ball valves (for quick shut-off), gate valves (for full-flow control), globe valves (for precise flow regulation), and check valves (to prevent backflow). Pressure relief valves safeguard systems by releasing excess pressure, while control valves adjust flow rates based on signals from controllers. Gauges—such as pressure, temperature, and level gauges—measure and display critical parameters to ensure safe and efficient system operation. These components are widely utilized in industries such as oil and gas, water treatment, and manufacturing, where precise control and monitoring are crucial for maintaining operational integrity.
